Rick Cave is the director of technology in the West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District in West Windsor Township, N.J. With almost forty years of experience in public schools as a teacher, ed tech coach and director he has been involved with instructional technology from the beginning. Rick is the co-founder of the New Jersey Educational Technology Coaches (#njetc). #njetc was created to provide technology coaches, in and around New Jersey, a platform to share ideas for supporting instruction through the use of technology, to discuss strategies for incorporating the use of devices in the classroom, and to provide a means for outreach when questions arise.
