Tarrin Morgan is a seasoned educator, mental health advocate, and videographer. In 2017, he fused his passions of education and videography and founded the REAL digitizED (formerly known Real Talk Session Series). Through his community-focused organization, they provide REAL education for the digital age by creating unique pathways into STEAM fields via esports aka competitive video games. They also produce free access content/resources that caters to the advancement of Black communities. Tarrin founded the Morgan State University Esports program in October 2020, when he was tasked with engaging students virtually since COVID prevented them from being on campus.
