Dr. Holly Gerlach has dedicated her career to serving and working in various educational settings across the United States. Prior to joining LEGO® Education, she had a successful career in public education in different capacities including a magnet classroom teacher, IB-PYP Coordinator, STEM coordinator, and district administrator where she led transformative changes in public schools to provide well-rounded educational opportunities for all learners through magnet and specialized programming efforts. She has also served as an educational consultant and professional development specialist for a leading educational tech company and federal evaluator for magnet school implementations. In addition, as a Hispanic female, she is passionate about empowering and supporting underrepresented populations to find pathways for their future in order to be successful in an everchanging society and global workplace. Serving as a Solution Architect at LEGO® Education, Holly is committed to supporting and connecting stakeholders to find plausible and innovative educational solutions to address the adaptive challenges in public education. When she is not working, Holly enjoys spending time on the beach in sunny Florida, where she lives with her 8-year-old daughter, Ava, who dreams of becoming an architect one day.
