With over two decades of experience in public education, Amanda Ironside has thrived in roles such as an elementary teacher, math interventionist, gifted & talented educator, and instructional coach. Presently, Amanda holds the esteemed position of Gifted, Talented & Advanced Learning Coordinator within a school district in Northeast Wisconsin as well as leading the MTSS Services division at FIRST Educational Resources. Serving as a beacon of instructional leadership, she dedicates her expertise to refining curriculum frameworks and advancing teaching methodologies to effectively cater to the diverse spectrum of student needs.Through coaching and collaborative efforts, she shares evidence-based teaching strategies, facilitating the creation of instructional blueprints grounded in best practices.
