Charles has over 18 years experience as an Educational Technology Coordinator in the public school field. During that time, Charles has worked directly with students, teachers and administration to infuse 21st century Instructional Technology/STEAM/CTE skills in the classrooms and schools. Charles has also supported school and county-wide deployments and professional development initiatives. Charles is currently a member of ISTE, ISTE GenerationAI Fellow 2025, former ISTE STEM Co-Chair 2019-20 and a member of VSTE. VSTE educational technology organizations-Ad Hoc Inclusion Task Force: Adobe Creative Innovator 25, Mentoring Program 2019-22. Charles has also served as Lead High School Instructional Technology Coordinator for Arlington Public Schools. Certified Apple Learning Coach, Apple Learning Specialist, Adobe Creative Educator Leader, SMART Lumio Certified Trainer and ETLO (Certified Online Facilitator).
