Dennis Roche is President of Burbio, a data service that measures K-12 spending and operations.  Burbio works with K-12 suppliers, advocacy groups., policy officials, consulting firms, researchers,  and investors providing data including ESSER III spending, K-12 operating and capital budgets, enrollment trends, and more.   From 2020-2022 Burbio ran the Burbio School Opening Tracker,  the authority on school learning modes during Covid 19, providing information to Federal officials, K-12 stakeholders, the press and the public.
