Scott joined Renaissance in 2022 and has more than 10 years of experience overseeing M&A and corporate development initiatives including strategy, sourcing, deal execution, and post-transaction integration. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Wind River Environmental. Previously, Scott served as Vice President of Corporate Development and M&A at Cayan, a global payment-technology company, and he worked as a Private Equity Associate in the media, information services and telecom industries at Providence Equity Partners. He started his career at Morgan Stanley in the Global Services Investment Banking division. Scott earned his bachelor’s degree at Brown University where he played four years of varsity hockey.
