Jessica is a nationally recognized leader with a track record of excellence in strategy, systemic change, ground-level execution, and talent cultivation. She has led and managed global teams, projects, and organizations through transformation and growth at a scale of 350+ staff and $80 million in annual revenue.  Her areas of expertise include connecting research and practice, scaling effective practices and services, school turnaround and transformation, implementation science, and digital learning.

Jessica consults with education technology providers, states, and end users on various elements of design, implementation, and research. Among her accomplishments, she recently supported Mississippi in the design of a Statewide Digitial Learning Framework. Prior to her role at Education Northwest, Jessica served as Senior Vice President at the American Institutes for Research, where she oversaw a portfolio including early childhood, human services, K-12 education, workforce, health, and international development.
