For more than twenty years, Collin Earnst has led and grown ed-tech companies serving K-12 students, teachers and administrators. He brings extensive experience in executive leadership, as well as sales and marketing, product strategy, and operational management.

He currently serves as Founder and Managing Partner of the Ed-tech Leadership Collective, an organization focused on helping companies, teams and employees achieve the professional breakthroughs necessary for scaling businesses to succeed. His work includes fractional leadership roles, management consulting and executive coaching.

Previously, Collin served as CEO of LearnWell, Chief Revenue Officer of BookNook, and VP of Marketing and Strategy for Lexia, where he helped to professionalize and scale each organization while expanding their impact in K-12 schools across the country.
