An edtech leader for over two decades, Don started his career at K12 social studies publisher Herff Jones | Nystrom where he rose to vice president of marketing and product development, helping convert the product line to digital. He then went on to launch Insight ADVANCE in 2016, where he worked as CEO until it merged with Teaching Channel in 2022. At Teaching Channel, Don leads a team responsible for delivering teachers, instructional coaches, and administrators cutting-edge solutions that use the latest in audio and video technology to provide meaningful feedback and support to teacher growth through a video library of exemplars, video-based reflection and observations, peer feedback, and instructional coaching. His award-winning work in education has been recognized by Google, Tech & Learning, eSchool News and others, and his map application StrataLogica is still used in schools today.
