Elizabeth Garzarelli is a search consultant at global talent firm SRI. She has been recruiting in edtech for 17 years, focusing on Director-level through C-suite roles. She recently began working in the consulting arm of her company as well, administering and interpreting Hogan Assessments for candidate selection and development.  She began her career as a therapist in private practice and is still licensed as a counselor.  She brings many of those counseling skills to bear in her current work, including deep listening, and building trusted advisor relationships with clients.
