Spencer is an accomplished Instructional Design & Technology Director with a robust background in education leadership, classroom teaching, instructional development, and academic program management. With a career spanning over two decades, Lisa has a proven track record of excellence in designing and implementing software solutions in large K12 school systems, including educational technology, Canvas LMS, and the development of training plans to increase the usage of district-wide software licenses.

Her expertise lies in upgrading and strengthening the capacity for effective employment of education technology in global strategies and programs. Lisa is a results-oriented instructional and technical trainer, known for delivering cutting-edge technical support, thought leadership, and guidance on using technology to optimize education outcomes in development and fragile contexts, from high tech to low-tech environments.

As a Director of Instructional Technology and Support at Prince George County Public Schools, Lisa has been instrumental in developing and delivering innovative content and presentations to enhance students' learning experiences.
