Jonathan Santiago is the Executive Director of the Transition and College Access Centers at the central Special Education Office. The Transition and College Access Centers (TCACs) are transition and postsecondary resource hubs for students with disabilities located in each borough. Jonathan's previous experience includes Senior Director of Educator Development and Evaluation, Director of Teacher Effectiveness, Principal, teacher and Paraprofessional.
