Mrs. Reaves currently serves as the Director of STEM and Innovation for Clayton County Public Schools, leading districtwide efforts to transform STEM education through professional development and hands-on, equity-focused learning experiences. She is also the founder of Innovative Academic Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm supporting schools in building impactful STEM programs. As Principal of James H. Brown Elementary, she led the school to become the district’s first Cognia STEM-certified school. A recognized thought leader, she presents nationally on curriculum, instructional leadership, and innovative learning environments that inspire both educators and students.
