Registration and Breakfast

Attendees arrive to register, network, and enjoy breakfast, as well as get their “Passport to Prizes” pass. Throughout the day, attendees will complete their Passport by visiting with our partners either in scheduled meetings or during lunch if they do not have scheduled meetings. 

Welcome and Introductions

In this welcome, attendees get to meet their colleagues and learn more about our Summit partners.

What does it mean to innovate in the era of AI? In this interactive session, Carl Hooker sets the stage for our day where we’ll break down the components of innovation, from creating the framework to building a vision for the future of education.

Putting it All Together

We’ve spent the day digging into what components are needed to build, sustain, and scale innovative schools. During this interactive session, attendees will have the opportunity to reflect on these conversations before we move back into teams to develop a plan for their innovative schools.   

Making a Plan

Now it’s time to get to work! Attendees work in teams to create a vision statement they can take back to their districts and put into action. Each team will choose a representative to present their vision statements. 

Closing Reflections 

Carl Hooker closes with reflections on the day’s conversations. Attendees share their takeaways from the day’s program, including specific actions they plan to take as a result of their discussions.
