Ms. Terri Webb is the Manager III of Instructional Technology for the DeKalb County School District. Her focus is bridging the digital divide through technology coaching, integration, and equitable access to digital resources. A native of St. Louis, Missouri, she began her career teaching in the St. Louis Public School System. Ms. Webb has presented at various universities and organizations, including ISTE, FETC, Microsoft, Morehouse College, and Georgia Tech. She continues to form partnerships in the EdTech industry to build knowledge and capacity for all learners. Her motto is “Let’s take it to the next level” to ensure growth and achievement from any experience.
