Julie Powell is a dedicated educational leader and passionate advocate for leveraging technology to transform education. She currently serves as the Director of Instructional Technology for Community Consolidated District 15 in the NW suburbs of Chicago, spearheading innovative strategies across the K-8 district. A lifelong learner, Julie holds master's degrees in Instructional Technology Leadership and Educational Administration, and she is currently pursuing her doctorate. Her extensive experience includes roles as a middle school classroom teacher and an instructional coach. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of St. Francis and Aurora University, teaching technology integration and leadership courses.
