Melissa Zeitz is a Digital Literacy and Computer Science (DLCS) educator and leader with more than 20 years of experience in Springfield Public Schools. She designs and delivers innovative learning experiences for students and educators, specializing in elementary computer science education and teacher professional learning. Melissa serves as Co-President of CSTA Massachusetts, a MassCUE Board Member, and DLCS Elementary Coordinator for Springfield. A recipient of the 2018 Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching (PAEMST), she is passionate about empowering teachers and students to use technology creatively to solve real-world problems.
