Patrick Mangino is the Director of the Greater Southern Tier Regional Information Center, where he leads efforts to make technology work better for schools and students. Starting out as a social studies teacher and later an ed tech trainer, Patrick brings an understanding of classroom needs to his role as an IT leader. His guiding principles are informed by making sure every tech decision supports learning and keeps students at the heart of the mission.
