Dr. Julianne Ross-Kleinmann is Supervisor of Instructional Services for Model Schools and Distance Learning at Ulster BOCES in New York. Recognized among the 30 K-12 IT Influencers to Follow in 2025 by EdTech Magazine, she serves as a lead trainer for CoSN’s national initiative on generative AI in K-12 education. Juli combines her expertise in literacy, technology integration and instructional leadership to design professional learning that bridges innovation and equity. Her work emphasizes project-based learning, AI integration and partnering with districts to develop Portrait of a Graduate frameworks that connect classroom learning to real-world competencies.
