Jennifer L. Freedman serves as the Director of Instructional Technology and Innovation and Data Privacy Officer for the Lindenhurst UFSD, leading initiatives in digital learning, AI integration, cybersecurity, and library media programs. A Director-at-Large for NYSCATE and an ISTE Certified Educator and Community Leader, she is the 2025 recipient of the Fred Podolski Leadership and Innovation in Technology Visionary Award. Her honors also include the 2023 Administrator of the Year Award and 2022 Superintendent’s Harvard Award. She is pursuing a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction at the University at Albany.
