Danielle Catalano, PT, DPT, ATP has over 14 years of experience as a District 75 Physical Therapist and 8 years as an AT Specialist for the Central Assistive Technology team. During her tenure as an AT Specialist, she has acquired extensive expertise in evaluating, training, and implementing technology systems. Furthering her education, she obtained her ATP and specialized in alternative access methods for individuals with motor limitations. This passion originated from personal experiences within her family — her father’s spinal cord injury — inspiring her career path as a Physical Therapist and continuing to drive her professional growth. She thrives on challenges and enjoys the hard work required to develop solutions to multifaceted issues. This is highlighted with her work on the Mounting Team, ensuring physical access to students with complex motor needs. Danielle’s efforts persist in bridging gaps with providers within individual schools, equipping them with resources, training, and the encouragement needed to support this vulnerable population.
