Nikole Williams has extensive experience in leading support for strategic and technical assistance initiatives in education. She has helped schools with needs assessment, technology change management, and enhancement of learning and teaching. Nikole is a Google for Education Certified Trainer and Coach who provides ed tech support to schools through Project Recess. She holds a master’s degree from Columbia University, where her areas of study included technology, evaluation, and management. She is also the founder of Elokin Consulting, which provides services in those areas.
