Xin Gao has more than 20 years of experience working in the filed of education, focusing on educational policy for underprivileged children and their families. She was a researcher and an education specialist before joining in NYCPS. In NYCPS, she served multiple roles in supporting at risk and economically disadvantaged children and their families. Now in Divisional of Multilingual Learners, she creates resources and organizes events to support educators serving MLs and Immigrant students and families.
