Kyle McDonald serves New York City’s students and families as the Senior Director of Academic Program Policy for the Division of Multilingual Learners. With a deep commitment to empowering populations displaced by violence through removing education barriers, Kyle has been involved in education of multilingual learners as an English language development teacher, international programs director, and director of analytics. Kyle coordinates with superintendents and borough support staff to ensure that the City’s multilingual learners are being provided high-quality, grade-level instruction.
