Sarah Knox is the Director of Intervention and Prevention in the Instructional Support Services Division of the Napa Valley Unified School District where she implements policies and directs programs related to TK-12 student academic, behavioral and social emotional interventions that support the whole child, including MTSS, Wellness Centers, Migrant Education, Indian Education, McKinney-Vento and foster eligible youth, Title IV, Part A: Student Support and Academic Enrichment, and elementary Interventionists, and supplementary digital interventions like Dreambox, collectively working to create a culture of excellence to ensure that ALL students have a chance to be successful in learning and in life. Ms. Knox has served for over 20 years in NVUSD as a high school teacher, literacy coach, Assistant Principal, Elementary Principal, Supervisor and now Director.
