Dr. Ingrid Abner has served in education for over 20 years. She began her career as a secondary school English teacher. She was later appointed as an instructional coach, Technology and Testing Coordinator, Director of Curriculum and Professional Development, and now serves as the Director of Technology for Shelby County Schools. Over the years, Dr. Abner has learned the value of teamwork and her primary goal is to lead with intention and care. Every day, she strives to build relationships and promote collaboration among her team of 26, all while allowing them to grow and become exceptional leaders themselves.
