Rusty Darley is the proud Principal of Algood Middle School with 17 years of experience in education. He spent eight years teaching Health Science before serving five years as a high school assistant principal and now leading at the middle school level. Rusty is passionate about building strong teams, setting high expectations, and creating a positive culture where both students and staff thrive. His driving belief is that every student at Algood Middle School deserves meaningful opportunities to grow, succeed, and discover their potential. He and his wife, Amber, are celebrating 22 years of marriage this year.
