Teela has spent almost 30 years in corporate and education leadership roles. She has led her 77 ISDs and 66 Charter Schools (585,000 student and 70,000 educators) through region-wide purchases and implementation of several digital solutions designed to increase academic performance and prepare students for their future. She has an extensive background in strengths-based leadership, student engagement, adult learning, and transformative instructional technology integration. She is mom to a 21 year old Oklahoma State University student who she used to like and will always love!
