The jobs our students will have are changing faster than our curriculum can keep up. So how do we prepare them for careers we can’t yet predict? The Job That Doesn’t Exist Yet explores the shift from preparing students for a specific career to preparing them to adapt, create, collaborate, and solve problems throughout a lifetime of work. Together, we’ll rethink what workforce readiness really means as well as how schools can develop the human skills, technical confidence, and agency students will need for whatever comes next.
