A key pillar of the K-12 education economy is outsourcing. EdTech providers often rely on partners to fuel growth while containing costs, or as a bridge to building internal capacity. Yet the world of outsourcing is increasingly complex and fraught with risk. This session will look at when and whether the time is right to outsource, what to look for, and why it isn't always the client that does the hiring and firing.
