Kevin J. Gray is the founder of Product & Process LLC, an independent K-12 edtech and educational publishing consultancy based in Dayton, Ohio. With more than 25 years spanning classroom teaching, curriculum development, product strategy, and executive leadership, he has been involved in launching over 2,500 educational products. His work centers on product-market fit, workflow optimization, and helping companies enter the US K-12 market. He previously served as founding President of Westchester Education Services. Kevin has worked across both the vendor and buyer sides of the RFP process, with deep relationships throughout the edtech and edpub landscape.
