Nomination deadline for Dallas is January 24, 2022
We are on the look out for exceptional administrators in these regions: Orlando, Dallas, Georgia, California, New England, New Orleans and Texas. Who do you believe should be recognized as a leader of innovation in their school districts? We’re seeking district leaders who not only drove innovation during 2021 throughout the pandemic, but plan to take these lessons learned to reimagine and reinvent education moving forward. We will award one winner, in each region, in the below categories.
Nominations can be made for yourself or another individual in any of the below categories. You can nominate in as many categories as appropriate, just be sure to fill in the form for each new nomination. Each nomination requires up to 200 words that details the achievements outlined in the below criteria. You can also upload supporting information.
Best Implementation of Data Privacy
Provide examples of how your district or your nominee’s district has taken a proactive approach to ensuring student and district data remains private and secure. Explain why this approach is an exceptional model of data privacy.
Most Innovative Learning Spaces
Provide examples of how your district or your nominee’s district has rethought “learning spaces” to create engaging environments that maximize student engagement. Include details of the infrastructure and technology that support these new learning spaces. Explain why this approach is an exceptional model of providing engaging learning spaces.
Best Example of Sustainable Classrooms
How has your district or your nominee’s district created a sustainable technology infrastructure that ensures technology access to all students. Examples could include device management/refreshes, flexible learning spaces, and building robust, scalable networks. Explain why this approach is an exceptional model of providing engaging learning spaces.
Best Implementation of Digital Curriculum
How has your district or your nominee’s district found the best digital content to meet the needs of your students? Provide details of the review and curation process, and include reasons this district’s process is an exceptional model of digital content curation.
Best Example of Teacher & Student Wellbeing Programs
How has your district or your nominee’s district supported the wellbeing of your students, teachers, and families, especially during the challenges created by the pandemic. Explain why this approach to the wellbeing of your community is exceptionable and sustainable.
Best Overall Implementation of Technology
How did your district or your nominee’s district shift its approach to technology implementation during the pandemic, and what best practices and lessons learned will inform future innovation? Explain why this overall approach to technology implementation is an exceptional model.
