Dr. Nick Yoder is the Director of Strategic Initiatives for Harmony SEL and Inspire Teaching & Learning at National University. He oversees the development of a system of support for effective SEL implementation in schools and afterschool programs. Dr. Yoder leads the research agenda at Harmony, collaborating with districts, schools, and other research organizations to identify effectiveness of the program and ways in which data can be used for continuous improvement. He also partners with other leading SEL organizations focused on promoting a federal, state, and district SEL policy agenda.
