Dawn Bridges serves as the AASA SEL Cohort Program Lead. She is also the Senior Director of Education Partnerships for Right At School, where she emphasizes social-emotional learning in her collaboration with educators and administrators to support school districts as they strive to best meet the needs of all students before, during, and beyond the hours of the traditional school day. Her nearly 25 years of experience in the fields of education and professional learning include the roles of teacher, reading specialist, special education coordinator, principal, and assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction. Her dissertation studies focused on building teacher collective efficacy and increasing student achievement through professional development.
