He has a proven record of driving impactful technology initiatives by securing funding for infrastructure upgrades, communication systems, cybersecurity, and staff training. Passionate about protecting digital infrastructure and student data, Kadion leverages technology to improve efficiency, empower educators, and support student success. He is committed to building inclusive learning environments, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and staying at the forefront of innovation. As an active board member of the Massachusetts Educational Technology Administrators Association (METAA), Kadion advocates for the advancement of educational technology and cybersecurity awareness across the Commonwealth.
