Dr. Beth Holland is Managing Director of Research & Policy at FullScale, the recently merged organization of The Learning Accelerator and Aurora Institute, where she leads research and policy partnerships with state leaders, systems, and other organizations to build and translate evidence across the sector. For over 25 years, she has worked as an educator and researcher examining challenges of digital equity, edtech, innovation, and leadership in K-12 education. She is a nationally recognized expert in the edtech, AI, and digital equity space, and served on a Technical Working Group to help author the 2024 National Educational Technology Plan (NETP). Prior to joining FullScale, she led the Digital Equity and Rural initiatives for CoSN and has worked as a teacher, administrator, and professional learning developer. Beth earned her doctorate from Johns Hopkins University, Master's from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and bachelors from Northwestern University.
