Site Visit: Development Learning Center-Warren 

Attendees will visit the Development Learning Center of Warren, which provides a public school program based on the principles of applied behavior analysis for students with autism or autistic-like behavior. Attendees will tour facilities as well as have an opportunity to visit the first Esports center dedicated to and for students with different learning skills. The tour will end with an opportunity to speak to staff and learn more about the important work they do.

Scholastic Esports: More Than Just Gaming
In this session, Evan Abramson offers a deeper dive into the Development Learning Center of Warren's esports center, which attendees visited on the first day of the Summit. He will discuss how their esports programs provide their students with meaningful career and STEM education alongside their tournament experience.

Portrait of an Innovator    

What does innovation look like in practice? Adam Phyall, Director of Professional Learning and Leadership at All4Ed, leads an interactive session that breaks down the components of innovation, including collaborative leadership, instruction, infrastructure, PL, and community partnerships. Attendees work in teams to share ideas and best practices within each component to create a framework they can take back to their districts and put into action.
