Tobi has been an Assistive Technology Evaluator for the NYC DOE Center for Assistive Technology (CAT) since 2007. She has been with the NYC DOE as an Occupational Therapist since 2006. Tobi has taken an interest in the Science of Reading and has been trained extensively in order to better serve her students with reading and writing disabilities. She believes that almost every student, given the needed support, can learn to read and that successful reading intervention is a primary path to future success.
