Tom Ingram is an educational technology leader from Pensacola, Florida. He has experience using technology as a classroom teacher, technology professional developer, and an educational administrator. He is currently the Director of Information Technology for The School District of Escambia County in Pensacola, Florida. He has worked in education as Technology Services Coordinator, Instructional Technology Specialist, a high school technology coordinator, and a high school foreign language teacher.

His current professional interests include implementation of Vision 2020: Personalized Learning for Every Student. His major projects have included implementation of an instructional improvement system as a tool for teachers to plan and deliver instruction, for students to use digital resources and technology tools, and for parents to support their students in the learning process; implementation of technology learning groups; central consolidation of server processes to reduce down time and costs; implementation of IT Service Management processes to provide more efficient support for the students and employees of the district; and district-wide implementation of new finance, human resource, and student information systems.

He has presented numerous conference sessions at CoSN, Education Industry Symposium, FETC, FAEDS, FAMIS, ISTE, Learning Impact Leadership Institute, and TCEA. He has participated as a team member writing and implementing Technology Literacy Challenge Fund grants, Enhancing Education through Technology grants, and a Race to the Top grant.
