I live in North Augusta, SC with my husband and three children. I attended North Augusta High School. I graduated from the University of South Carolina Aiken in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Chemistry and Speech Communications. I recently graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Master’s of Education in Teaching with Project Based Learning specialization. I began teaching various levels of science at a private school in 2001. In 2006, I moved to a public high school in Aiken County. I obtained my teaching certification through South Carolina’s PACE program. I have been teaching at Strom Thurmond High School in Johnston, SC for the past six years where I teach all levels of Chemistry.
