Prior to that, Mr. Larson has served as an Elementary School Principal, a Director of Elementary Schools, Director of Instruction, and an Assistant Superintendent, all in the state of Oregon. Mr. Larson is well recognized as an expert in the field of bilingual education, literacy, and change leadership.
