Kecia is a strategic thinker and a proven leader in K12 transformation. Her career includes designing technology within the Frist Art Museum and directing technology research through Vanderbilt University School of Medicine Science Outreach programs. She was appointed as a turnaround agent by the Tennessee Commissioner of Education and established award-winning instructional technology programs recognized by the USDOE and Harvard University while in that role.

Dr. Ray was named ’20 to Watch’ by the National School Board Association, Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women, a Top 10 EdTech Leader by Tech and Learning, an ISTE Making IT Happen recipient, and most recently named a Top 100 EdTech Influencer by EdTech Digest.

Linda P. Chen is Chief Academic Officer, overseeing instructional supports for all learners and managing the Divisions of Teaching and Learning, Special Education, and English Language Learners. Before returning to the NYC Department of Education under Chancellor Carranza, Linda served as Vice President for Engagement and Implementation at the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship. Before that, Linda served as Chief Academic Officer of Baltimore City Public Schools, Deputy Chief Academic Officer of Boston Public Schools, and Assistant Superintendent and Deputy Chief of Teaching and Learning in the School District of Philadelphia. Prior to her leadership roles in Philadelphia, Linda served as principal of PS 165 in Manhattan, a literacy supervisor in Queens, and an elementary school teacher at PS 163 in Manhattan. She began her career teaching elementary school in Seattle.

Lisa Nielsen began at the New York City Department of Education in 1997 and has worked in various capacities as a public school teacher and administrator. Currently she serves as the Senior Director of Digital Literacy and Inclusion. In this capacity she helps staff create content that is accessible to all including those with disabilities and who speak languages other than English. She spearheaded the Department's work on the student social media guidelines and works to ensure that educators are able to support students in being responsible digital citizens. Nielsen is the author of several books and her writing has been featured in media outlets such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, T.H.E. Journal, and Tech & Learning.

Tyler is the Chief Product Officer at GoGuardian and has led the company's product strategy since 2015—single-handedly designing, conceiving, and developing GoGuardian Teacher and AI-powered Smart Alerts, along with envisioning and leading the development of the breakthrough suicide prevention tool, Beacon. His contributions have fueled GoGuardian’s growth and affirmed the company’s products as the industry’s gold standard, earning multiple industry awards and endorsements.
